First Step has 4 clinical sites located in Baltimore County - Maryland to help you with problems you may be having with alcohol or drugs as well as mental health issues.

First Step is certified by the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygeine / Office of Health Care Quality to provide outpatient and intensive outpatient substance abuse programs.  

First Step is a certified Youth Service Bureau and works with children, adolescents and families to deal with issues around parenting, truancy, delinquent behavior and promote positive change at home and in school.

First Step offers a Youth Employment and Training Program where participants prepare for taking the Maryland GED exam and are taught job search skills and assisted with job placement and followup.
